Viñalba's Reserve Malbecs are super, but this Bordeaux-born producer has produced a fine Cabernet here (with 15% Malbec). It's generous, supple and easy-drinking with grippy tannins on a round body, fleshed out by bags of warm, spiced black berry fruit.
