Domaine Bousquet, Gaia Organic Cabernet Franc, Gualtallary

Originally from the South of France, the Bousquet family has been making wines in Argentina since 1997 and is now one of the country's leading producers of organic bottles. This Cabernet Franc has a ripe fruity nose (blackcurrants, raspberry, blackberries) with hints of spice, mint and chocolate. Judicious ageing in French oak gives a palate with plenty of easy-drinking pleasure. Soft tannins, ripe smooth black and red fruit with a savoury undertow, finishing fresh with lots of spice.
