Luigi Bosca's winemaker Pablo Cúneo has crafted a deliciously succulent Cabernet here from Luján de Cuyo fruit, fermented in steel and aged for a year in oak before spending a further six months in bottle before release. Full bodied and yet fresh, it's spicy and darkly fruited, with juicy blackcurrant opulence, notes of cocoa and coffee, and a good tannic grip. Cries out for a thick, juicy steak.
