This pale lemon colour wine with a golden hue is made by Aurelio Montes. A blend of 70% Pinot Noir with 30% Chardonnay with two years spent in contact with the lees. It displays subtle and refined aromas of fresh lemon, hay, yellow fruits, almonds and delicate yeasty notes. After 24 months' ageing in the bottle it exhibits a graceful mousse and elegant texture, followed by a pleasant, precise and lively finish.
