Argentina is producing ever more interesting whites these days, including several blends that reflect the creativity of oenologists such as Matías Riccitelli. Here he has brought together Semillón, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay from different areas of the Uco Valley to produce a complex, energetic wine with a nose of green apple, pear, floral notes and fresh citrus aromas. In the mouth it’s broad and refreshing.
