100% whole-bunch Uco Valley fruit was fermented in concrete; the result is fresh, vibrant and fragrant. Floral notes on the nose are interwoven with raspberry and plum fruit, with a distinct mineral edge to finish. Light on its feet, this is classy yet fun.
