Lemony citrus and fresh pineapple on the nose, with hints of vanilla. A cool climate style: fresh and bright with crisp acidity. Lots of fresh-cut lemon citrus. Judicious use of oak (six months in 90% used French barrels) adds creaminess and body to the texture.
