From high-altitude vineyards planted at 1,250m in the Uco Valley, this is a classy cool climate style with lemon and grapefruit citrus, underpinned by linear acidity. There's some weight, from partial oak ageing, which makes it a great choice for food. Crisp, clean, mineral.
