A delicately savoury Pinot Noir, showing lots of autumnal development to the sour cherry fruit. After fermentation in concrete vats, 20% of the wine then ages in oak casks for a year, giving cigar-box spices and soft tannins. A ripe but gentle new world style with just enough balancing acidity.
