Picked in three 'tries' for freshness and ripeness. Typically aromatic with lychee and lilies, the palate has bite and depth with Turkish delight, rose and juniper. There’s also a light bitterness which adds a food friendly complexity. Just 5,000 bottles were made of this excellent, unoaked wine from a single vineyard, which certainly speaks of its Salta origins.
