From vineyards in Cafayate above 1,800m, this is a beautifully rich, vibrant Torrontés that is full of complexity. Bone dry on the palate, it has flavours of ripe lychees, mandarins and orchard fruit, with fine weight and a creaminess garnered from giving 20% of the wine two months in French oak barrels. Pure and textured with real interest.
