Made from a blend of 70% Grenache, 24% Mataro and 6% Shiraz, this classic GSM from a great vintage offers continuing evidence of an Aussie GSM revival. It has a fresh and spicy red berry and cherry fragrance with an attractive mid-palate richness of sweet cherry and plum fruit that’s etched with spice. Fine, sinewy tannins add to a supple balance that would put many a Châteauneuf-du-Pape in the shade.
