Heggies Vineyard, Cloudline Chardonnay, Eden Valley, Australia 2022

From vines planted at 500 metres above sea level, this Eden Valley Chardonnay was fermented and aged for 8.5 months in French barriques with a touch of new oak. Flinty smoke aromas open up to creamy yuzu and candied pear on the nose and palate. Textured and oily with great depth of grapefruit zest and a saline tone, leading to a spicy finish.
