De Bortoli are one of the foremost producers of Australian sweet wines. This is made in a Sauternes style, but is much more cost effective. This half bottle has rich, marmalade and tinned peach aromas. In the mouth, flavours of honeycomb, apricot and orange peel float over a full, smooth body. There's good acidity to balance the sweetness, but it all falls away a bit quicker than you might expect. A great value pairing for terrines before the main course, or peach cobbler and cream afterwards.

De Bortoli produces one of Australia's most iconic sweet wines, Noble One – also a botrytis Semillon – so you're guaranteed excellent quality here. It's packed with dried apricot, lime curd and lemon marmalade flavours, and acidity that refreshes through to the long finish. Perfect with blue cheese or just on its own.
