Delicious, affordable and easy to enjoy, this Pinot Noir has an attractive salmon colour. On the nose it is elegant, pure and precise, with aromas of cranberries, peaches, raspberries, pomegranate and fresh biscuits. On the palate it exudes class with its wonderful creamy texture, intense fruit and harmonious, refreshing finish.

This is an exuberant and youthful style of sparkling, made from a blend of mainly Pinot Noir, with equal amounts of Chardonnay and Shiraz. It's produced using the Charmat method, where the secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. A short time on skins gives the pale rose colour in the glass. Red berry and peach aromas jump from the glass, and follow through in the mouth. Clean, crisp and fruit-forward, this is a modern and uncomplicated fizz. 11.7g/L RS.
