Rob 'The Dirtman' Gibson was formerly head of Penfolds viticulture department and completed more than 50 vintages in wine regions around the world before joining his son Adam to make wine in Barossa. Most of their fruit is sourced from growers spread across the region, allowing them to use small parcels from diverse terroirs, some from vines over 100 years old.
