Hardy’s, HRB Riesling, Clare Valley, South Australia, 2022

There is 1% Chardonnay added here (for structure), but this is textbook Aussie Riesling through and through. Made with handpicked fruit from Clare Valley and Tasmania, this is zippy and zesty, with a pretty jasmine perfume and persistent limey juiciness. A touch of residual sugar (3.2g/L) is easily balanced by the refreshing acidity.
