Little Giant, Barossa Shiraz, South Australia, 2020

This new listing is a good value Barossa Shiraz, available from late July. It's a wine with some oak influence (nine months in a combination of oak barrels and tank), bottled under screwcap for maximum freshness. Dark crimson in the glass, it's dark and bacony, with juicy black berry fruit and toasty oak, quite warming. It's quite full and rich in style, warming but balanced, and giving good bang for the buck.
