Always a reliable sparkling, with both the vibrant fruitiness and firm acidity the Adelaide Hills can bring. Here, a fresh bread roundness on the palate joins tart red berry and lifted stone fruit, cleansed by a fine mousse. Delicious now, but will gain nutty complexity over the next few years.
