Tempus Two, Quartz Series Shiraz, South Australia, 2020

Not hugely aromatic, this Shiraz leans more to the smoky, savoury side in aroma terms. The palate is lighter than expected, but in a juicy way. It is full of vanilla and strawberries covered with cream, plums, sweet cherries and toast. The acidity and tannic grip helps to elongate the finish.
