Made by the talented Adam Eggins at Wakefield Wines, this has all the varietal characters you're looking for in a Clare Valley Riesling: creamy lime curd and floral aromas, then a bone-dry palate showing apple purée and orange zest. Light and long with just enough acidity to made it a juicy, moreish quaffer.
