Yalumba, The Society's Australian Cabernet Sauvignon, South Australia 2019

Unpretentiously complex, this is an great everyday-drinking Cabernet Sauvignon, with bright flavours of blackcurrant, blackberry and blueberry jam. The firm tannins are very well presented and build a great structure beneath the fruit. The delicious and lingering hint of blueberry leaf adds depth and savoury appeal. Very balanced and enjoyable.
