Drinking Window: 2017 - 2021
A more savoury style of Shiraz, with pepper and earth as equal partners to the tangy black fruit. There's nice definition and lift on the palate, with nice purity of flavour, mid-palate richness, positive energy and an intense finish. Slightly stalky.
