What a Fiano! Australia is doing a great job with its newly adopted Mediterranean varieties and this Victorian example blew the Italian versions out of the water when tasted blind. Tons of fruit - melon and peach, with a touch of honey - and then a dry, serious, food-friendly palate with a hint of apricot and wax on the finish. Fantastic value.
