Yering Station, The Elms Pinot Noir, Yarra Valley, 2016

Drinking Window: 2019 - 2023
An autumnal Pinot Noir, juicy at first with gentle ripe red fruit and tobacco, filling out on the mid-palate with a creamy, woody frame. The finish is a touch drying but elegant enough.
