For 2021 Larry Cherubino used 65% Riesling and 15% Sauvignon Gris – the name Stone’s Throw refers to the short distance between the vineyards in the Great Southern region where the fruit is sourced. Classic Riesling notes – petrolly and lemony – plus a fresh grassiness and zesty lime. Lipsmacking acidity: bright, fresh and zesty – this is a wake-up call for your palate.
