Marks & Spencer, Yarri-Karri Semillon-Sauvignon Blanc, Margaret River, Western Australia 2023

One of two new Margaret River wines in the M&S autumn range – alongside Yarri-Karri Cabernet – both made by Xanadu Winery. Mostly Semillon, with 30% Sauvignon, this has an aromatic nose of leafy gooseberry and lime. There's a waxy character to the silky palate; delicate and creamy with layers of citrus, lime Starburst, grapefruit and herbs, plus a crisp, snappy green finish.
