Fleshy yet refreshing take on Chenin Blanc, fermented and aged in used French oak on full lees. Winemaking has added width, texture and richness without becoming the protagonist – centre stage given to yellow apple and quince fruit, supported by a firm acid framework. Frangipane and lemon zest add weight and depth.
