Xanadu, Exmoor Drive, Margaret River, 2015

76% Sauvignon and 24% Semillon, this is a lovely wine from Margaret River that demonstrates a style not unlike that of the whites of Bordeaux. Nettle, herb and elderflower aromas are followed by soft citrus fruit and touch of honeycomb on the palate. It has a lovely streak of pithy acidity running through it.
