Erwin Tinhof’s family vineyard has been passed down through 11 generations. Here he has blended three native varieties (Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and St Laurent) to give a light-bodied but juicy and black-fruited wine with lifted violet aromatics. Perfect slightly chilled on a summer’s day.
