Aldi's delivered a strong Austrian double with its Unearthed Gemischter Satz white and this equally quaffable red. Its fresh acidity and midweight juicy cherryade and bramble flavours would work well slightly chilled – perfect to pair with spicy braised aubergine or sticky pork ribs.
