Domäne Wachau, Grüner Veltliner Wachau Terraces, Wachau 2018

Austrian Grüner Veltliner is a classic in its own right, and this example is made by one of the Wachau region's most prestigious producers - Domäne Wachau. It has a soft green pear aroma with some stone fruit hints, cinnamon and a touch of white pepper. Honeyed apple and stone fruit flavours are joined by grippy acidity and a touch of lime juice. Fresh, bright and delicious.
