Eitzinger, Grüner Veltliner Vom Löss, Kamptal, Niederösterreich, 2016

The third generation Eitzinger family own 15ha in the Kamp valley above Langenlois. This Grüner is lightly aromatic, with a fleshy texture and a touch of stone fruit. Lime-driven acidity, good concentration, a powerful finish and just a hint of white pepper are on show in this good value, early-drinking example.
