There's such lovely purity to this Austrian Gruner, a blend of selected parcels of vines aged up to 80 years. A clean citrus and mineral style, with focused acidity but also a silkiness to the texture thanks to lees ageing. Herbaceous notes and peppery spice add complexity – and this will develop further in bottle.
