This traditional method sparkling wine, riddled by hand and aged on its lees for a minimum of 36 months, has a distinct lemon posset nose and with notes of brioche. The palate has intense lemon and lime juice flavours, with a creamy complexity and nutty spiciness. It is lean and taut, but juicy and long.
