Casa Valduga is a family company renowned for producing sparkling wines of great quality. This brut cuvée is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir with one year of lees ageing. It shows inviting and youthful aromas of citrus fruits, fresh dough, crystallised yellow fruits and white flowers. On the palate it is dry, crisp and harmonious, displaying lovely complexity and tight grip on the finish.
