This good value, traditional method fizz is made by one of Brazil's quality sparkling producers. A blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir with one year of lees ageing. Fresh, inviting aromas of green apple and citrus, with hints of fresh pastry. Harmonious palate, with crisp acidity and brisk bubbles; bright citrus balanced by creaminess with a refreshing finish.
