The Pinot Noir Brut from the Danube Plain of Bulgaria has a perfumed nose of Acacia honey, yellow apple and a hint of sour redberry. Brilliantly crisp on the palate, with the honeyed yellow and green fruits follow to the palate, with a complex layer of yellow apple peel bitterness and buttery mousse. The finish is clean and melony.
