The grapes for this single-vineyard Sauvignon are planted just 12km from the Pacific Ocean, producing a fresh cool-climate style. Plenty of varietal typicity with zesty aromas of gooseberry and lime. More of the same on the palate with grassy hints. A creaminess to the texture is balanced by crisp acidity.
