The Cono Sur Bicicleta range is a great-value, entry-level option delivering good typicity if not great complexity. This Gewurztraminer has 8g/L residual sugar and would be a great pairing for many spicy dishes. Bottled under screwcap for maximum expression, this displays freshness and great purity of fruit, with all the exotic lychee and spice perfume that you'd expect to find. Really, very good value.
