Cono Sur, Bicicleta Viognier, Chile 2021

This is a perfumed Viognier from Chile, with fragrant thyme and ripe peach aromas on the nose and the palate. Ripe stone fruit sweetness on the dry palate, balanced by a pinch of herbal spices and plenty of acids (7g/l). Alcohol level sits at 13.5%, the Viognier finishes with apple peel bitterness and warm melon flavours.
