Valdivieso, Reserva Sauvignon Blanc, Chile, 2016

This Chilean Sauvignon has plenty of herbaceousness, with garden pea, asparagus and green bell pepper aromas. These are accompanied by zesty hints of lime on the mid-palate and a racy acidity, although it finishes a little short.
