A blend of Cabernets Sauvignon and Franc with Carmenère, from a winery founded in 2004 by a Norwegian entrepreneur. It’s best known for its arresting winery architecture, but the wine is gaining a reputation too. Smooth cassis fruit, cocoa and ripe tannins – seductive and structured.
