The Pinot Noir from Casablanca provides excellent value at £8 per bottle. Fragrant nose of mint, thyme and raspberry on the nose. Good concentration of sour cherry and wild red berries on the palate, seasoned with dark spices and dried rose petals. The perfumed red berries and dried cranberry notes follow to the finish. Aged for 6 months in oak. The 14% alcohol is barely detectable thanks to good acidity.
