Ignacio Recabarren, Sauvignon Blanc, Casablanca Valley, Chile 2022

Ignacio Recabarren is one of South America's most experienced winemakers, and here has succeeded in producing a delicious, cool-climate style of Sauvignon Blanc from one of the coolest vineyards in Chile's Casablanca Valley. It's a green style of Sauvignon Blanc, fairly austere, with green pepper, asparagus and snow pea aromas and flavours. Would be perfect with a Thai green curry.
