A unique style of Carmenere, made using an ‘appassimento’ technique, which incorporates a proportion of late-harvested grapes that have been allowed to dry naturally on the vine. Opulent, heart-warming and spicy with bittersweet flavours of rich dark chocolate, raisins and spiced plum.
