Made by Undurraga from bush vines planted in the 1950s and '60s, this really punches above its price for sheer quaffable enjoyment. Light on its feet with crisp acidity and sappy fruit tannins, it is packed with summer pudding fruit, rosehips and dried herbs. Try it lightly chilled.
