The location and soil of the vineyard, a mere 12km from the Pacific on pure limestone soils, is truly reflected in this Chardonnay, with its lovely salinity and robust mineral structure. Lime zest, green apple and crunchy pear flavours are held with firm poise by a good acid structure. Food-friendly, with nice persistence and a truly maritime character.
