It's only available in a handful of stores, but this impressive Sauvignon Blanc from Chile's Leyda region combines cool-climate freshness with a fuller, creamy texture obtained through lees stirring. Named after a small Chilean gull, Garuma shows plenty of varietal typicity, with gooseberry, passion fruit and lime zestiness bursting from the glass. Long and crisp finish.
