From vineyards that look across the sea to Venice, this is Istria’s take on Pinot Grigio. Thanks to early picking, this unpretentious wine has a lovely, breezy quality and crisp apple characters. Zesty and tangy, it has the added bonus of a rich mouthfeel which makes what is usually a light style of wine more exciting.
